Ideal for: injury recovery, high training load, multiple areas of tension or your first session.

45-Minute Sports Massage

Enough time to work through a primary problem area properly and address anything connected to it. 

Most regular clients find this the most practical option - thorough, effective and doesn’t take up too much time.

Ideal for: targeted treatment with room to address the broader picture.
